Dr. Yelena Okhotin is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the state of WA, licensed Acupuncturist (WA/NC), and Craniosacral Therapist who practices holistic health. Her mission, passion, and life work is to help patients find the root cause of their symptoms and to be empowered in their health. Dr. Okhotin teaches patients how to make sustainable high-yield changes in their daily life, not a temporary fix.

In addition to her medical training, Dr. Okhotin has completed extensive training in nutrition and nutraceuticals, constitutional acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, women’s health, physical medicine, IV therapy (unable to offer in the state of NC) and sports medicine. She focuses on women’s health, hormones, stress management, and physical pain.

Dr. Okhotin received her BSc in Biochemistry from Washington State University. Upon graduating, she interned at her hometown health district where she worked on bridging the gap between the Slavic community and community health. During her internship, Dr. Okhotin realized the importance of natural medicine and how vital it is to practice it safely and effectively. This experience inspired her to study Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA.

Dr. Okhotin is a lifelong learner and has continued to develop her skills through advanced training in acupuncture. She has studied Mei Zen abdominal and cosmetic acupuncture directly with its founder, Dr. Martha Lucas Soliman; the SAAT allergy protocol with Dr. Nader Soliman; and AcuRegen cosmetic facial acupuncture with Amanda Shay. 

In her free time, Dr. Okhotin enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking and baking wholesome food at home, exploring sauna and spa culture, and spending time with her husband.
